How Does Selling Avon Work?
You basically buy products from Avon at wholesale pricing and sell them at retail. But it’s actually easier than that. You don’t need to carry inventory. You will take your brochures around for a two-week period, and take orders. Then you will submit your order to Avon. Your wholesale price depends on the size of your order. You will pay Avon and the difference between what you collect from your customer and what you pay Avon is your earnings.
Avon also handles the sales tax reporting and collection for you, making it very easy to start your own business.
