I found a couple of bulletin boards at the thrift store for $1.95 each. I don`t know about your area, but where I am that`s cheap. So I just did something super simple so Sophia could have a place to hang her art work in her room! All I did was took some black glitter wrapping paper and cut out a piece the length of the bulletin board I purchased. I used some spray glue adhesive to apply the the wrapping paper.
From there I used a razor blade to cut the excess paper off. Unfortunately the wrapping paper doesn`t do well with cutting, whether with knife or scissors, so you will see some boo boos on the bored. Nothing major though. Since we were using this for a art work holder and they weren`t big they got covered with the artwork anyway. In other cases I`d just find something like ribbon or a bow to cover it up. After all is said and done nail or use cheap tacs to hold it up on the wall! Nothing fancy. Something simple and fun to make. You can be as creative or plain as you want to make it match whatever theme!
