As someone who enjoys the moon and watching moon phases, I made this to be used to keep track of the phases and do journaling.
There are 12 pages (includes cover page).
2 of those pages are tracks - basically the same with a slight modification to the 2nd one. These are designed for you to either draw in the moon phase of that night or you can get moon phase stickers to fill it in. Or simply just write the name of the moon phase in if you prefer.
1 Page is a quick moon phase fact sheet just as a little FYI.
7 Pages are in a journal-style format so you can take notes however you please.
These are meant to be printed and used, however, if your digital device allows you to edit a PDF file, feel free to use this journal in that manner.
