Forget boxes, try seashells for a DIY essential oil holder.
When it comes to storing essential oils, there are so many ways to do it. You can revamp an old medicine cabinet, turn a cubby into a strategically spaced storage bin, or customize your own with a few blocks of wood. Needless to say, creativity is endless.
So when we were gallivanting on the beach, and saw a ton of shells laying around, we had an "a-ha" moment. What if we make an essential holder out of a seashell? From that thought, today's post was born.
Now, this isn't a storage box design, but rather a display design. It's perfect to keep your favorite essential oils in by your bedside. Think of a few oils you use daily, and opt to keep them inside. To us, it's a great way to store essential oils in a minimalist/design-forward way.
Here's how to make the DIY Essential Oil Holder:
What You'll Need:
+ 1-2 Large Seashells (The more you use, the more storage you have!)
+ Craft Paint of Choice
+ Essential Oils For Storing (Ours is always go-to Lavender 100% Pure Essential Oil, 1/2 fl oz (15 mL) Dropper Bottle)
Simply just paint the shell however you'd like. Let it dry. Put some oils in and grab them whenever you need!
