All About Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar has been around for centuries. It is one of the oldest forms of fermentation to date. The word itself means "sour wine" and the process of turning apples into vinegar began way back in 5,000 B.C.!
This bitter liquid has been tied to benefits in wellness since the time of Hippocrates. He used the Apple Cider Vinegar as a tonic. As time progressed, more civilizations hopped on the ACV train. - 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup water – heated
