Ready. Set. Rewind. Okay, not really. If we could rewind time that would be pretty amazing. Instead, we can just rewind the appearance of our skin to look like the sunlight is still out, with a dewy glow. How to do this, you wonder? With today's DIY Moisturizer. Skip the expensive stuff, and use this natural (cheap!) version instead.
If you're skeptical on how you'll achieve that must-have glow, here's a bit on the ingredients to break things down:
Rosehip Oil
Rosehip Oil is a sheer oil that coats the skin, leaving it looking fresh and dewy. Derived from rosebuds, it's no wonder that this ingredient is included! Cue a skincare affair.
Vitamin E Oil
Packed with omegas, Vitamin E Oil is next in line with Vitamin A (a skincare lover's favorite item). It is super viscous, meaning it will hydrate your skin extremely well leaving it to-the-touch soft and noticeably glowing.
Lavender Essential Oil
Okay so this ingredient has nothing to do with getting a glow, but it has everything to do with smelling great! Most moisturizers have "added fragrance" which translates to the presence of phlthates. Those things aren't great for your body. So, instead you can get all the perks of the mainstream products, with a relaxing aroma!
DAYLIGHT AT NIGHT MOISTURIZER
In a 2 fl oz dropper bottle amber, add the following:
1/2 fl oz. of Sweet Almond Oil
6 Drops Lavender 100% Pure Essential Oil
1/2 fl oz. of Grapeseed Oil
6 Drops Rosehip Oil
Shake well, and apply 6 drops to hands then smooth onto your face.
Note: You'll want your skin damp to better absorb the oil
