I love Halloween, but decorating can get quite expensive - especially if you like those big fancy decorations. However, did you know that Dollar Tree sells Halloween decorations
? That means you can get Halloween decor for only a dollar! Yes, ONE DOLLAR!!
Am I the only one who gets excited about that?!
Every year, my husband and I decorate our front yard. Let me share some of my favorite Halloween decorations that Dollar Tree offers:
We love these Plastic Tombstone Decorations
. Since we make a graveyard scene, these, of course, are pretty vital. For only $1 each, you really can't beat it. Plus, it beats paying the price for similar items when you're on a budget! Also, I like to add in these Plastic Rat Skeleton Decorations, 7.25 In.
, Spooky Squeaking Black Plastic Rats, 9 In.
, Plastic Severed Skeleton Hands, 8.5 In.
and the Plastic Halloween Skulls, 6 In.
for an enhanced look. I just sort of scatter tham about to give it that look, feel and character of a graveyard.
Another item that works great for us is the Plastic Skeleton Garlands, 60-In. Strands
. These are nice to hang in bushes or trees. Of course, you can hang them whereever, but that's just how we use them. If you want to get really creative. Get some white fabric and turn the skeletons into ghosts. Add some glow in the dark paint and make them glow in the dark as an added bonus!
I could probably go on forever with suggestions for decorating your house for Halloween with the goodies at Dollar Tree, but I'll let your imagination take you away. Go browse the Dollar Tree Halloween section and see where your imagination takes you! What are your favorite Halloween decorations or crafting tips from Dollar Tree? P.S. - I recommend ordering online. You save gas mileage plus you can get everything you see. Not all items are carried in all stores. So ordering online can save you some frustration.
