Sophia is FINALLY starting to get odd and evens a bit better. She understands with single digits, but it’s the double digits and larger we’re having trouble catching up with. I figured why not make it fun and do a project.  The above template is just an example of the project idea: have one large leaf, then use string to connect the rest of the leaves making it like a mobile. The next leaf would be for even and one next to it for odd. Under those would be the appropriate numbers. Of course you can use whatever numbers you want, this is just a basic idea. The templates are not actually colored, but you can let your child color them and write in the numbers to help the learning stick better for them. Here’s the template leaves we used:
