I love Sonic and just recently SONIC upgraded its Real Ice Cream lineup to include 18 Master Blast flavors with perfectly blended confections of delicious fruit, cookies, premium candy, and Real Ice Cream! With all this summer heat we`re having I couldn`t wait to get my hands on one!

We had a mommy and kids day out yesterday and on the way home is when we decided to get a yummy treat and some lunch and the best part was all the food we got was UNDER $25! We got two grilled cheese wacky packs (kids meals) with chocolate milk, I got a toasted club sandwich and we got our master blasts to go along with them. TExpertly mixed, gourmet flavors and ingredients mixed into SONIC's real vanilla ice cream for a premium SONIC Blast experience. We tried the Pineapple Upside down blast along with the Waffle Berry Blast and both were pretty good! The kids enjoyed their lunch as did I, but the best part is always desert!   

We got the small sized master blasts and they actually seemed more like the size of a regular drink. You can eat these with a spoon as my 7 year old did, or put it in the refrigerator and allow it to soften and drink it with a straw as I did. Either option works great and you get the same amazing taste with either option. My only complaint is that I tasted more vanilla ice cream than actual flavor. It was enjoyable for the ice cream and the kids liked it, but if you`re actually wanting real flavors I found the shakes had more flavor to them than the shakes. Also, I`m thinking they messed up on the waffle berry because I didn`t find any berries and it looked nothing like the picture so I can`t be sure as to which flavor that was.  

Overall it was a pretty good experience, but definitely not a favorite as other experiences I`ve had at Sonic. I`d definitely go back and give them another shot again, but I don`t think I`ll be getting any more blasts.
