I`m not sure how many of you are familiar with Tmart.com or not but I`m finding myself being spammed by this company on a regular basis. Back in September of 2013 I did a review on Tmart.com and I had actually thought the product was pretty cool. Well starting around October 2013 I began getting emails from them about working together for a promotion and such. Awesome! I was thrilled for another opportunity to work together. So we correspond back and forth a few times, we agree on a product and I provide my mailing information. After I submit my mailing information there`s an excuse as to why all of a sudden they can`t work with me (because we previously worked together). Ummm, so you wait until you get my information to tell me that? Not cool, but I let it slide. A week or so later I get a similar email from another one of their representatives. I explain the situation of what previously happened and they tell me we can work together blah blah blah. So we go through the same thing. Once again after providing my mailing information they "can`t work with me because of previously working together." Now at this point I`m just annoyed because why are THEY CONTACTING ME if this is the case? Once again I just blow it off and intend to be done with them. I`m STILL getting emails from the company with the same thing to work together!
Normally I wouldn`t waste my time about companies who don`t follow through for whatever reason to work together. I get it, things come up, mistakes happen, whatever, no big deal. Tmart.com is at the point of being rather harassing. The emails aren`t ugly in any way shape or form so please do not mistake that - but the fact that they keep coming through my web site and using my contact form to contact me, collect my information, only to drop off again and again - it needs to stop. I`ve even mentioned this to them and it has yet to happen. I`m the type who doesn`t just pass out my mailing information if there`s no intent for it to be given. I don`t want to be bombarded with spam. I have no idea what they`re doing with my information at this point, how it`s being used, or the point of them to continue to contact me for a dead end conversation, but I wanted to make other bloggers aware of my experience that they simply collect your mailing information and move on. They`re quite misleading and rather than apologizing for the mistake and removing you from their contact list they have different employees contact you about the same thing on a regular basis - even after you tell them to stop.
Frustrating much? Definitely. So of course needless to say after MULTIPLE occurrences of the same situation I will not support this company at this time nor would I recommend even shopping from them as a customer. If you`ve had an experience with Tmart.com that was less than pleasant, please feel free to share it in a comment below.
