About the Product
The Blackstone 17″ Table Top Griddle station is compact and convenient. Perfect for cooking burgers, hot dogs, steaks, stir fry, sautéing mushrooms and onions, bacon, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, and so much more. Enhance your outdoor cooking experience with 268 sq. inches of griddle cooking surface. The “H” style burner provides even heat distribution for optimal cooking across the whole griddle. Hate doing dishes while camping? No worries, simply wipe it off with a paper towel after use and be ready for the next meal! While it may be cold in other places, here in Louisiana it is rather warm; mostly nice weather if I'm going to be honest. So we're already cooking outdoors with BBQs and such. The Blackstone 17” Table Top Griddle makes it more convenient to grill smaller items or even larger portions of the food we're already cooking compared to just the BBQ pit we currently use (which is a standard size pit, nothing fancy). The table top griddle is easy to use and is convenient. You only need a 1-pound tank of propane to use it so it would also be convenient to use while camping as well. Plus, while it has a good amount of space to grill on, it's not huge so it's easy to store between uses or simply to find a flat surface to set up to grill on with it. The grill is very nice quality with a nice, functional design. Not to mention it really does heat up fairly quickly as well!
Along with my griddle, I was also sent the griddle accessory kit which goes along perfectly with the griddle as it has all the accessories you need to make a successful meal. It comes with:
- 2 Commercial grade dispensers for liquids of your choice, to enhance your griddle cooking experience
- 2 Commercial grade spatulas, one with perforation
- 1 Chopper/scraper to dice foods or scrape griddle clean

These tools are well made and well designed. They're very nice quality as well as sturdy. Plus, they're easy to clean between uses (as is the griddle). Overall, I am impressed with my Blackstone griddle and accessories and fairly impressed. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend both these products! Plus, the accessory tools can be used for regular cooking as well, not just on your griddle. So, just something else to keep in mind of why this set is great!
