At first, taking this out the box I have to admit, I was a bit intimidated. This was the first sushi kit that I have ever used So I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I was quickly surprised that it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be. First off, this kit comes with everything you need minus the ingredients to make the sushi. The tools to make it, though, are right in the box. 

Once I pulled everything out the box I noticed the easy to follow instruction booklet that it came with. It was clear and easy for me to understand and follow. I will admit, that being my first time actually making sushi, doing it was a bit tricky. The more I fooled with it, though, the easier I got. So don't get discouraged. It's not hard to catch on to, it's just learning the steps and getting used to it. As time goes on it will be easier and you'll develop your own easier way of going about using it. With that said, once I got the hang of things I was on a roll - a sushi roll (which came out great by the way).

When all was said and done, cleaning up was easy. I was able to rinse everything off and I loaded in the top rack of my dishwasher for a full cleaning. They didn't warp or get destroyed in the dishwasher. So I was definitely pleased.
