Keto Approved Stuffed Mini Burgers
What you'll need
+ 1.5 lbs. Ground Beef
+ 1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Mineral Salt
+ 1 tsp. Black Peppercorns Whole Organic
+2 cups Spinach
+ 1 Cup Swiss Cheese (Break into pieces to stuff with)
+ Water
How to make
In a bowl, combine the beef, pepper, and salt.
Wet your hands slightly to avoid stick, and then grab some of the mix and shape into 16 small. 1 inch thick patties.
Refrigerate.
Next, prepare your stuffing.
Sauté the spinach in a pan (a drop of olive oil and 2 tsp water added).
Then remove, and cut on a board into small pieces. Transfer the cut spinach into another bowl, and mix with the Swiss Cheese.
Get your patties out, and place the cheese/spinach stuffing into the center of 8 patties.
Cover these 8 patties with the remaining to form a full patty.
Using hands, smooth out the patties.
Grill, place on buns, and enjoy!
