As you all know I`ve been working on my own garden this year. As much as I`d love to plant ALL the seeds I have at one time there are 2 problems:

1) you can only plant certain seeds at a certain time of the year and

2) my yard isn`t big enough for all of them.

 

I have a pretty decent garden going, but reality wise I wish I had the land and space to make single long rows of each item, but I just don`t have space. So I have a few items mixed in together (their own bunches of course) planted and growing currently. So far it`s doing pretty well. I`ve collected okra, oriental peppers, cayenne peppers, bell peppers, blueberries, garden beans, and jalapenos. I have 4 stalks of corn popping out, 3 watermelon, a bunch of cantaloupes, and eggplant coming in to sprout as well that I saw. I also have some tomato plants, dill and parsley growing in the window currently that just sprouted up. So like I said, we`re doing pretty well with getting things going. Well, I have some more seeds to dig through to figure out what to plant next thanks to Ark Survival Seeds!

On each package it`s labeled what the product is if it`s an annual plant, when to plant, when to transplant, where to sow, germination time, how much sun, and how tall the plant will get. Basically, all the information you need about what each item is and how to properly grow it is on each packet. For me, this is particularly helpful so I`m not spending forever searching online for the answers. It`s all right there on hand. Overall I love the idea of Arc Survival and what they represent. I love their product, the packaging and all the information that it comes with. As soon as I figured out where I`m going to plant the plants I have in my window and can figure out more room I fully intend to plant some of these seeds. My goal is to have a nice variety of garden going. Once I can get enough crops to grow it`ll really bring down our food bill. Ultimately my goal would be to only have to go to the grocery for meat, dairy, and any extras. Otherwise, I would love our main source of food to be from our own backyard. For our next home, a HUGE yard is an absolute must!  I`ve been enjoying having a garden and the benefits it comes with.
