For those who have been following me for some time know I am a cat mom of 11 cats; all rescues. I know, it's a lot, but I volunteer with a local cat rescue called Spaymart so it sort of played a role in this. With that said, this set was a lot of fun for my cats. You can see our unwrapping/unboxing video we did (above) of this set and I had all eyes on me as I was doing it. I used Elvis, my main coon cat, in this video since he was eyeing up the teaser toy. What you guys didn't see when the camera went off and after I placed the scratchers around the house was all the cats, one by one, take turns using the scratchers and trying them out. Also, they all had a chance to thoroughly test out the teaser toy and went absolutely nuts over it!

For those who didn't watch the video, With this set you can a cardboard scratcher framed in a cardboard box, an extra scratcher, a teaser toy, and a small packet of powdered cat nip to apply to the scratchers.  They are high-quality, well made, and a huge hit with all our fur babies. I thought the teaser toy felt slightly flimsy, however, I do not want to discredit it because I have had my fair share of cat toy varieties and have learned that not all scratchers are created equally. I have had expensive and what felt like sturdy teasers snap and cheap dollar store (felt flimsy) teasers that held up longer than the expensive ones. So that's why I said, it feels flimsy, but that does not mean it necessarily is. My cats are known to play rough with toys so only time will tell just how long it will hold up for. So far, it's holding up against the cats and my 3-year-old son who thinks it's a ninja weapon (not towards the cats!).
