Now that you know what is in the spray - how do you use it? It's super easy! Just apply a small amount of mist from the spray to your pillow (or pillows) before you're ready for bed. That's it! While laying in bed, you will smell the mixed essential oil aromas, which is light and subtle, not overpowering at all, which in turn helps your mind and body relax for sleep.
While I cannot tell if it works as far as better sleep, I can tell you that I have been sleeping great and I love the relaxing smell!
