My experience
I was set up to receive the September 2022 box for my first time trying the My Paper Box subscription service and I was not disappointed. I mean I am in love with the theme and what I received! The theme itself really brought me back to my younger years with the 90s computer screen-style notepads and such. Not to mention everything in the box is very nice quality. So what did I receive? Let's take a look... Keep in mind, that these are the descriptions as mentioned by the company itself.
DESK CALENDAR - Celebrate each day this month with the included Desk Calendar. One side displays a month at a glance, and the other includes this month's fun holidays. Display on your desk to match this month's stationeary.
EXCLUSIVE MPB MONTHLY MAGAZINE - Take a moment to go through your magazine to learn about the fun holidays each day this month. Read on for ideas and more fun ways to celebrate! Make every day fun!
HIGHLIGHTERS - These can be used the old-fashioned way of highlighting sections of text but how about highlighting important words in handwritten messages to loved ones or friends? I love to highlight special words in cards that I give to family or friends. Highlighters can also be used in journaling, coloring, or my favorite, doodling. Doodle art is much prettier and satisfying when a highlighter is used
WASHI TAPE - The best kind of tape ever! Sticks to almost anything. Use it to hang notes for family members where they least expect it, use it to decorate journal pages, or better yet, use it to personalize your stationery or your favorite pens or pencils. It's great for scrapbooking and adding personal touches to almost anything.
NOTEPADS - I couldn't help not being nostalgic and reflecting on some great memories I had with computers when creating these wonderful notepads. I hope they bring back great memories for you. Remember the hours spent and the incredible art that was created with the Paint program? Maybe not incredible art but we sure were growing our minds and our creativity and where did we save these great masterpieces, we certainly saved that art on the floppy disks but how many times did you save over your favorite artwork? Oh those floppies, always accidentally saving over something you weren't supposed to.
SCANTON EXAM NOTEPAD - Oh wow we dreaded tests, especially with the intense instructions on how to fill this out. This notepad was designed to help with list making, goal tracking, habit tracking, or tracking of any kind. Being self-improvement month, this notepad can be used to keep track of progress (use the included tiny circle stickers as markers to make it a fun task).
POCKET NOTEPADS - Sometimes you just need to write down one thing and stick it in your pocket, why waste a whole sheet? Face it, you always forget your list to the store. Jot down those few things you need and stick this in your pocket! They are just the right size to keep in your car, backpack, desk, bedside table, purse, or kitchen counter. They are small enough to be kept anywhere.
GREETING CARDS - "Dangit" - is very much part of my vocabulary every day. This card is designed with a fun pattern that can be seen through the pink vellum envelope. The card is so cute that you'll be quickly forgiven for missing the birthday. There are many special days this month that will give us the opportunity to express how thankful we are to someone. There is grandparents Day, Step Family Day, Working Parents Day, Women's Friendship Day, and most importantly World Gratitude Day. The greeting card with the incoming message on the old-fashioned computer will be perfectly fitting for any one of these occasions.
I can't even - Sometimes we can't even find the right words to express how we feel so we just say it, "I can't even." This card is so much fun and use the matching washi tape to close the envelope.
As I already mentioned, I absolutely LOVED my box! I love how on point everything was with the theme of the box and stationery. As someone who has a thing for school supplies/office supplies, y'all just don't understand the excitement!
My box arrived in perfect order and unopened. It was all well packaged with a lovely presentation. Once you open the box and fold back the tissue paper you are ready to check out your goodies. I can't wait to put these to good use! Lord knows I always have something to randomly jot down and the various sizes are perfect for me! Sometimes I just need a single quick note while others I need to write a little more detail. And the highlighters work amazingly well! Have I mentioned my love for the goodies in this box?!
Needless to say, this box is highly recommended and makes taking notes a little bit more fun!
