So how was my experience with the Gut Garden Perfect Probiotic Supplements? The clearly printed directions also make it clear and easy to understand how and when to take the capsules of each supplement. Each capsule is a clear and packed for of the ingredients in a powdered form. So far, while taking the supplement I have had no negative effects. No sickness, no rash, etc. The capsule went down effortlessly. As I said, it's too soon for results, however, I do plan to stick with all 4 Gut Garden products I received and look forward to seeing amazing results.
