y daughter, Sophia, is 6 years old and is homeschooled. She`s currently in the 1st grade and is doing pretty well. We use a variety of methods for her education from art projects, worksheets, computer learning, movies, textbooks, etc. I know doing the same thing over and over can get quite boring to say the least. With the Kidz Gear Deluxe Stereo Headset Headphones with Boom Microphone, she is able to take audio/verbal tests on her learning tablets and/or the computer and get accurate results. Of course I still give her my own tests, but this is just another way to do it plus it`s great when she wants to get a good score. You see, sometimes when it`s mommy doing the test giving she likes to play around rather than pay attention. When she has the computer asking her and she`s getting a score she tries her hardest. It`s just her mindset. Another thing, she can use this to sing karaoke as well! Sophia loves to sing and dance and be the center of attention and these are perfect because they can easily plug into the mp3 music player with the standard cord. Basically in our home this headset is a real winner!   For my opinion, this headset is well made and quite durable. Not to mention it looks rather cool as well. I like that they`re not easily breakable to you know they were made for kids. My daughter is not one to take value in her stuff no matter how hard we get on her about cleaning up and taking care of stuff. I guess at 6 years old it`s a hard thing to understand. She has dropped the headphones countless number of times since getting them in and they still work. Although I would not recommend tossing them around or purposely trying to damage them, they seem to hold up rather well with childs play. And of course we can`t forget to mention they look fashionable and come with a nice carry sack for when they`re not in use. Overall these are quality headphones that have multiple purpose to them. They can be used for work or pleasure. I can honestly recommend these!
