This teeth whitening kit allows you to Safely and Efficiently remove teeth stains from staining foods and drinks, including but not limited to coffee, wine, soda, smoking, and more! I was sent a kit to check out for myself and I was pretty impressed. While it looks overwhelming when you first open the kit, it honestly isn't so bad. Here's how the process works: 

 

1. Open back cover of LED Light, take the battery out and reinsert after removing the plastic film.

2. Attach mouth tray to Led Light, twist off the cap of teething whitening gel tube, then apply 0.5ml gel on each side of the tray.

3. Put the tray into the mouth and click the button on Led Light, the blue light will be on.

4. Sit back and relax for 10 minutes.

5. Rinse your mouth and teeth, avoid eating or drinking staining foods and beverages for 1 hour. 

 

 

I have had my kit for a few days now and can honestly say I am seeing results. Now, this is not a permanent solution as most people will need to redo this process every 3-6 months (give or take) to maintain the results, however, this is a much more budget-friendly solution than going to your dentist for a whitening treatment. Plus, this kit comes with everything needed to begin the whitening process.

 

Before getting started I chose to brush my teeth and then I followed the step by step instructions (as posted above). Seriously, they are very easy to follow and clearly explained. The process only takes 10 minutes so I can do this while getting some work done or just relaxing and catching up on some news and such. I do suggest having a towel or rag handy for when it's time to pull the mouthpiece out as I find there is some saliva build up and when you pull the mouthpiece out you will have a slight bit of slobber. That's not a big deal to me though. After that, simply brush with your regular toothpaste and that's it! Super easy!

 

I was worried about tooth sensitivity as I already have sensitive gums, however, I have not had that issue thus far in my treatment process. Some people say they feel some sensitivity while others say they do not. So this will vary from person to person.  I can honestly say that I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to whiten their teeth at home effectively, even if you have sensitivity problems.
