Do you need additional help relaxing and winding down at the end of the day? I know I generally do. So I got the Piping Rock Good Night Oil to try and it has really helped my family and myself. I did NOT receive this item for free either. This is an item I actually purchased with my own money with no other intention but to try it for myself but ultimately fell in love.
Nature’s finest soothing botanicals come together in our very own Good Night Oil! Featuring Lavender, Tangerine, Bergamot, Geranium, Cypress, Frankincense, Blue Chamomile, and Valerian oils, you’ll soon lose yourself in the warm, floral aroma every night before bedtime!
I purchased this just because I liked how it sounded it would smell. Well, I wasn't disappointed. I truly enjoyed the fragrance. I applied several drops into my diffuser and went about my business around the house. After an hour or so I noticed I would feel relaxed. Not tired, so it won't necessarily put you to sleep, but just a nice relaxed state. I didn't feel anxious or overwhelmed. I found this to be the case each time I used it. Now, that doesn't mean each person will get the same results, however, that is the experience I personally had.
The oil drips well from the dropper bottle and does not leak. It comes in a dark amber-colored bottle, which helps protect the oil to give it longer shelf life. The oil is inexpensive as it only costs $11.29 for 1 bottle or $20.69 for 2 bottles at regular price. As of this post, however, these items are marked on sale at 25% off. So the single bottle is just $8.49 and 2 bottles for $15.49 on sale.
Additionally, there is also a room spray, which I also purchased and love, for just $5.85! So great pricing for a great product that smells amazing and works well!
Plant Parts Used: Lavender flowers, Tangerine peels, Bergamot peels, Geranium flowers, leaves, and stems, Cypress needles and twigs, Frankincense resin, Blue Chamomile flowers, Valerian roots
Extraction Method: Lavender, Geranium, Cypress, Frankincense, Chamomile, & Valerian: steam distillation; Tangerine & Bergamot: cold-pressed
Aroma: Medium. Earthy and warm, with just a touch of floral citrus.

Other ways to use the Good Night Oil

Bath & Shower

Add 5-10 drops to hot bath water, or sprinkle into shower steam before getting in for an at-home spa experience.

8-10 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Apply a small amount directly to areas of concern, such as muscles, skin or joints. Work the oil gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed.

Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to fill a room with its scent.
