Being a blogging stay at home mom and homeschooling doesn`t sound like much, but it has it`s challenging moments. Especially being 8 months pregnant with a forgetful mind! I need to keep up with giveaways ending, advertiser renewals/cancellations, Sophia`s schoolwork, housework, daily blog posts, plus social media. So while it`s all rather simple things, it`s a lot to keep up with per day and it can be overwhelming at times. There`s a reason I use those desktop-sized calendars as my wall calendars! Well, thanks to Order out of Chaos
I now have an academic style planner that I can keep at my desk to help me keep up with all my important dates as well!
I was sent one of the 2013-2014 Academic planners from Order out of Chaos to check out. This planner is good to use from August 2013 until August 2014; so basically it`s a school year planner. Hence why it`s an academic planner. I had a pregnancy brain fart when it came in thinking what good is a 2013 planner when it`s about to be 2014 - well duh; silly me just needed to look at the dates. Hey, my brain isn`t quite what it normally is these days! So once my brain got back on track to reality I was able to check out the planner. I love the simplicity and I love the spacing provided for each day. For instance, Today, Tuesday, November 19th is it`s own column. Every other box is shaded and provides 4 lines of writing space and then has a checkmark box to check when it`s completed. I love this option because I can go ahead and mark when I have giveaways ending and then check off if I selected the winner or not. Hopefully, no more forgetting to select a winner on my part. the same as needing to contact a sponsor or advertiser - I can easily mark down when I need to contact them and check off that the task had been completed. If there`s something that needs to get done for the week I can easily write it on in at the bottom of the week in the little extra notes space they have provided. Needless to say, I`m satisfied with my planner and as soon as this review is posted I`m actually going to go decorate it with things to get done and such as if I were back in school. It`s a simple concept. I can leave it right here on my desk next to my computer where I keep my important financial notes and easily keep up with things. It`s simple, but it`s functional and works. I would definitely recommend one; especially for my fellow blogger friends or homeschooling moms!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
