How many of you love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? I know I do, but how many of you have BUTTER and jelly? I`m not quite sure how many of you have ever tried that one before, but it`s one of my favorites from growing up as a kid. My granny on my dad's side used to fix butter and jelly sandwiches for me all the time as an afternoon snack and I have loved them ever since!

Just recently Smucker`s
was kind enough to send me a batch of 6 different jellies to try out! As soon as I saw the opportunity I was excited an immediately it brought back all those old memories. I received a crate of 6 sampler fruit preserves
to try which included: Strawberry, cherry, blueberry, grape, peach, and apple. Yum! The one that I chose to try out for this review was the peach since it`s not often that I eat peach jelly. I chose to make a jelly and butter sandwich to bring back old memories and a tasty treat. It`s quite simple to make. All you have to do is toast some bread. On slice of toast add regular butter and on the other slice add the jelly of your choice. Put the bread together to make a sandwich and that`s it!
The jelly itself was so fresh and tasted great as always. Did I mention I`ve always been a fan of Smucker`s brand products?! What I loved was that the jars of jelly actually were rather easy to open. No hounding significant other to open, I could do it myself! Sad, but true. I hate when I get a jar of anything and you just can`t open it for the life of you, kills the excitement of the product if you ask me. So thank you Smucker`s for jars that open easily! Oh yes, and they also go back on easily as well. No funny tricks to getting the top screwed on right. Never thought I`d really have to make it a point of how great something opens or closes but apparently these days you never know what to expect! Also, another great point with these preserves is that they only have 4 ingredients in them and just natural sugar.
Along with the wonderful review opportunity, Smucker`s was also awesome enough to send me a couple of recipes to share with you all, which I listed at the end of this post. The one I really can`t wait to try is the Cinnamon Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich. I just need to go to the grocery before I`m able to, but it sounds like a unique tasty treat!
Ok, Ok, let`s wrap this up so you can go try these new yummy treats! Obviously it should be no surprise that I absolutely love Smucker`s and their products so of course I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. In fact, they have some stuff on their web site that would make for some nice holiday gifts. Just check them out in the Smucker`s Online Store
. The staff is extremely friendly and wonderful to work with. When they shipped out my crate of jellies everything was carefully packaged to ensure no damage to my products. The jars of the preserves are glass and not a single crack was made in them, so needless to say job well done in the shipping department! I love Smucker`s and will definitely be buying their products again in the future. One thing I will be doing differently though will be keeping tabs on their web site for any new recipes to try!
