Living in an apartment sucks! At least the ones we`re at (yes, a very long review to come soon!). Of all the things that go wrong with apartment living and annoyances, one thing that sucks, but is apart of the apartment life is the no hanging things or putting nails and such in the wall. So how are you able to display photos on your wall? And what about the convenience of hanging a key holder by the front door? Yup, that`s out of the question too! Well, for all of you stuck in the apartment living situation and those who just want something cool without damaging your walls, I found something cool! It`s called UM! Brands!
UM! Brands sent me a couple of adhesive hooks to try out! They sent me their Stick UM! and the Hook UM! It`s funny how we take it for granted that we can go to space, yet we can`t imagine something so simple as sticking things onto a wall without destroying it.WELL DEAR,

When I received these items I have to admit I was quite skeptical. I mean, a sticky pad that can actually hold things? Yea, right! Much to my surprise though they work! The sticky pad would be perfect to hold some pictures on the wall, cd, or anything under 3 pounds. At first we tried a cell phone, but that fell off in about a minute, so I`m guessing it was a slight bit too heavy. Next we tested a music CD and it stuck to it like nothing was going on! The adhesive hook we received also stuck to the wall and to my surprise held a nice bit of wait as well! It held up with my purse at least which said enough for me!
So overall what do I think? I think these were some awesome products and well worth the investment. I`m currently in an apartment where you can`t put nails in the wall and these make such a difference. I can now stick a photo on the wall to give it more of a home feel and hang my keys or my purse or pretty much anything on the wall now also! These are perfect for anyone in the same living situation, especially college students! Would I recommend these? HIGHLY!
***UPDATE SINCE ORIGINAL REVIEW - these do not hold up well after being moved around and also they don`t hold the items up for a long period of time, making them pretty useless.
