The box I received was amazing! In mine, I received 100% Pure Unrefined Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil, 100% Pure Coconut Oil Carrier Oil, 100% Pure Almond Oil Carrier Oil, 100% Pure Sulfate-Free Beeswax, 100% Cotton Rounds, Amber Spray Bottle, Amber 10ml Roll-On Bottle, Amber Glass Bottles, Cardboard Tubes, Grapefruit Essential Oil, Juniper Berry Essential Oil, Citrus Burst Essential Oil, Copaiba Essential Oil, Sticker Labels, and 6 recipe cards. Immediately, the first thing I tried was the citrus summer diffuser blend. This was just adding some of the oils to my diffuser and enjoying the aroma that it put out into the air. Of course, my next item I would make was the sweet citrus lip balm. Everything else is on my "to do" list so I can spread the activities out a bit.
Making the lip balm was so easy. The only thing it didn't come with was the double boiler, but I already had that. If you don't have one, just use two pots together instead (there are tons of YouTube videos if you need help with this). The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I love how everything is clearly labeled. In a matter of minutes I had my mixture melted down and poured into my tube that was included. I'm actually surprised with how well it turned out. I would recommend using a better lip tube than these, but the recipe itself was a success!
Aside from having fun trying a new recipe, I was quite pleased to find out the quality of the essential oils and carrier oils were very nice. The aroma from the oils when in the diffuser smells lovely as well and of nice quality. You can tell the difference between cheaper brands and quality brands and I would personally put this one on the higher end of the spectrum. Simply Earth is definitely worth the investment and I certainly will be back to shop for more from them in the future!
