Yay! It's that time again for the animals to enjoy a little surprise! For those who are new, we have multiple cats, a dog, a rabbit and a turtle in our home. So we're full. It probably doesn't help that I volunteer for a local animal rescue called Spaymart, an amazing place if you're looking to adopt a kitten, adult or senior cat(s). Well, we try all sorts of treats in our home. We usually buy what's on sale and save the favorites for special occasions, such as holidays. This time, though, was Scoobys turn. Usually the cats get all the goodies, but Scooby had her chance for a new treat and boy was she happy!

This is a new brand that I hadn't heard of until now and I wasn't too sure how Scooby would like it since she is an extremely picky eater. I mean, even with wet food she can be difficult to please. This brand comes with 24 6-ounce cups - a good size to fill her belly! As soon as I ripped the top back I saw the pate. I'm normally not a fan of the pate style, but because of the size of the dish and that it was wide, not tall, Scooby was able to eat it right out the dish without me having to put it in a separate bowl.

When I say she loved it, I mean she really loved it! When I first ripped it open her tail was wagging like crazy! Then she started gobbling it down. Once the cats got curious, she picked up the dish and ran off with it to hide and eat it! Later on in the evening before I put all the treats away (in a safe place nobody could rip them open) the cats were just climbing around sniffing it. She actually went over and was growling at them for sniffing the food! This is totally not her. I think that made it rather simple to know if she really liked these or not.

While they are expensive compared to other brands of similar products, it's worth it for my picky dog!
