I have been using ShopHer for several years now and have enjoyed using their platform. It's generally fairly easy to use and self-explanatory. I especially love the emails that go out regularly about what to promote as a reminder to promote and just letting you know what's new. I do wish there was a better explanation of the various campaign options as when I've reached out my questions were really never answered with this. So on a customer service end it isn't the best compared to other marketing platforms I have used. Luckily, I'm generally fine without the help, but would be a suggested change I'd make to the brand. Aside from that, you get paid once a month, in my case via PayPal, where the PayPal fee doesn't come out. So if you earned $100, you get that full $100. This is HUGE to me since not all companies do that currently. So overall I love using ShopHer as an affiliate marketer. It's easy to use, convenient payouts, and great brands to promote.
