Probiotics are a trending supplement, and it’s no wonder why, they have essentially no taste, and do great things! While there are many recipes to make with this beloved substance, all of which are fantastic in their own right, you can now incorporate it into your skincare routine for benefits.
That’s right. Live bacteria in your beauty regimen. Seems a little weird…until you try it.
Just like our guts, there is a delicate dance of good and bad bacteria on our skin. Probiotics do their thing to keep that biome balanced.
Sci-fi movie plot aside, this mask is also made with nearly all food-grade items. We’ve used manuka honey for its natural hydrating properties, tea tree essential oil for a more organic scent, and Greek yogurt since it goes on smoothly.
So, even if the first half of this post scared you off, hopefully, the fact that probiotics are just a lovely addition to the mask, not the whole shebang, we’ve reeled you back in.
