Want to make something savory and seasonal? Here’s a recipe to try.
Isn’t it wonderful that the seasons are changing again? Fall brings with it a new sense of adventure, and for many, a social calendar that can be as full as summer. After all, there’s the back-to-school rush, football game Sundays, and holiday prepping. It’s no wonder that as the temperatures drop, the want to stay inside increases. What can complement time at home more than a delicious, easy-to-cook meal? Arguably not much. That’s why below there is a quick fall recipe that will keep your bellies nourished and bodies warm. It won’t leave your wallet impacted or time constrained.
Pumpkin Alfredo Pasta:
The best part about the fall? Pumpkin everything. The orange squash makes a comeback every year and for the short few months it’s in season, we all go nuts. It makes sense of course since it’s incredibly tasty, creamy, and can be made into various dishes.
Plus, pumpkin has its own set of nutritional benefits. This season favorite contains a lot of vitamins and minerals that your body will love. It contains Vitamin C, E, and K. Plus, naturally occurring minerals like copper, manganese, iron, and potassium. If that’s not enough, it’s also a good form of fiber. Pretty decent, right?
This pasta dish is a prime example of pumpkin at its peak versatility. Its creaminess melds together with butter and Parmesan cheese to produce a coveted culinary venture.
To make this dish, here’s the recipe:
