Only a few steps to make an ultra healthy smoothie.

If we're being honest, just waking up on time in the morning is hard to do most days. So the idea of eating a breakfast that's complete with all the needed nutrients to keep us going seems far off. Well, it did at least until we uncovered this easy smoothie. 

Yep, you read that right. 

This smoothie is made from greens, fruits, and seeds that make it a source of fiber, vitamins as well as omegas. The result is a one-stop for sipping your body to feeling healthier. 

This recipe is packed with wellness favorites like flax seeds and chia seeds. In place of ice, we've opted to use frozen bananas. Trust us, it's a winner. 


Easy Breezy Green Smoothie Recipe

The Ingredients Line-Up

2 Frozen Banana 

1.5 Cup Spinach 

1 Cup Almond Milk

2 Tsp. Flax seeds

1 Tsp. Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp. Honey or sweetener of choice


Simply blend all items above together and sip away!

So the next time you wake up in a rut, but want to start things off on the right foot, this is the recipe for you! Just measure out the ingredients, throw them in your blender, and boom food for your body.
