Customer service told me I'm not seeing referral credit because people aren't putting in their address. Your referrals must have their location on and they must put in their address to qualify.???

For the Referral to Work -
1️⃣ The Recipient will need to download the app through the referral link. If they already have the Ring App the credit will not apply. ...
2️⃣ Both Parties must have a Ring account set up and a location specified in the app. ...
3️⃣ Addresses that are already in the Ring System do not apply. .. (Addresses will need to be verified by our system, which can take up to 72 hours.) ...
4️⃣ You cannot refer someone in your own home or at another location that already has a Ring account. ...
5️⃣ Lastly, both parties must have accounts based in the United States.

? If the person you've invited has a Location that is not verified by GPS, only the referee will get $10 upon signup through an invite link, but the referrer will not get $10
