I have been getting a couple email complaints that I noticed are from Gmail users about having full access to the email newsletter. So I wanted to break it down for you guys that may be having issues. Here`s the complaint:
When I click a title at the top of the email list, it does not bring me to the blog post. Only a couple of the links will work, but then it stops.
Solution:
The thing is, Gmail "clips" messages when they`re long. The titles are the top will only bring you to what is currently shown and unfortunately, it`s a fault with google with any lengthy emails. What you need to do is scroll to the bottom of the email (see image below) and click view entire message. When you do that, it will show the FULL feed. Then you can click the titles at the top of the page to bring you to the post you are interested in.
The thing is, Gmail cannot bring you to anything within the email if it`s not currently visible. So if only 3 full-length posts are visible before you select to view the entire message, then all you will be able to jump to using the top summary links are those first 3 posts. Does that make sense?
If you have nay further questions, feel free to leave a comment or send an email and I would be happy to help!
