The bed buddy hot and cold Wrap has been amazing and is definitely a must-have item to keep on hand. For me, I found I like using it hot for my particular needs. To heat, I warm it in the microwave about 2 and a half to 3 minutes, then apply it to where I'm feeling pain. If the heat is too much, allow it to cool a bit then apply it to your skin. If looking to use the cooling feature, place your wrap in the freezer for a few hours. Once it is cool, apply it to your skin.
What's unique about this wrap is that you can wear it around your neck, drape it over your shoulder, wrap it around your wrist, wrap it around your ankle, or whatever you need it. It's very versatile with how it can be used. As for results, I feel like it does help with my discomforts. While it is not a "cure-all", it certainly does help as far as pain relief goes.
