So I got this for my husband and my 3-year-old son so they could safely hang their hats. They don't have a huge collection of them, but still enough that they tend to get squished in a closet or drawer somewhere between uses. Not exactly the way you want to store your hats and expect them to hold their shape and last. 

 

Now this rack isn't anything fancy, but it gets the job done and it displays them nicely on the back of a door. We put one on the back of our closet door and one on the back of my son's door. They're easy to install and use. At first, it may look a bit intimidating, but these just hook on to the top of the door, you pull it down and hook the other end to the bottom of the door. Once in place, use the clips to add the hats and adjust it as you need/want. That's it. The clips aren't heavy duty so they will not damage your hat, either.

 

Overall, this is a very basic design that is quite functional for anyone who has a few hats that they would like to keep in tact. I think it's safe to say we would recommend this.
