Pomegranates pack a punch of vitamins and anti-oxidants and now that they are in season, it's a great time for this refreshing Pomegranate Berry Sparkler. To make this delicious spritzer, start by filling a glass half way with your favorite champagne. Next, add a splash of Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry and top off your glass with fresh pomegranates. Serve, sip and enjoy!
- Fall Sangria
You can’t go wrong with sangria, especially this fun fall version! First, pour your choice of white wine, club soda, and Cascade Ice Cranberry Pomegranate to taste into a punch bowl or beverage dispenser. Add apples and berries of your choice into the pitcher. Be sure to set aside a few pieces to garnish your individual glasses, if desired. Stir and you’re ready to serve!
- Berry Spicer
This berry-flavored cocktail will warm you right up! Mix 5oz of Cascade Ice Wild Berry with 1oz of spiced rum in a glass. Stir the cocktail and garnish with a cinnamon stick or fresh berries. Enjoy the beautiful fall weather with this beautiful beverage!
I'm a huge fan of Cascade Ice as I've been drinking them for a few years now and I absolutely LOVE it! While it doesn't replace my bad habit of drinking sodas, it's definitely refreshing and great tasting and fizz that you look for when drinking sodas. Not to mention are a much healthier alternative.
Cascade Ice has a fresh, quality taste, unlike other sparkling water type drinks where you can actually TASTE the flavor they are representing - not a watered down hint of a flavor. You can even make your own unique flavor by combining flavors to make a new one. You can mix with other drink mixes too for another unique drink. I actually mixed one with an energy drink and it was pretty darn good! Of course, you can see the above recipes for some other ideas as well. I actually like trying the cascade ice flavors mixed with sparkling white grape juice - yum! Basically, you have a variety of endless options to choose from to make something totally unique to your taste buds.
While you can drink them at room temperature, I find that they taste best chilled right out the fridge. My favorite of the new flavors I received is the cherry limeade. It was O-M-G addicting! Not only are they great to drink, as a parent I feel so much better allowing my children to drink this than trying to drink sodas. Finally, a drink the whole family can enjoy with horrible health risks!
