As a blogger, I spend a lot of time in front the computer. I finally changed things up so my desk is tall enough so I can stand in front of it OR sit in a chair to help reduce back problems. Believe me, it's made a difference. However, it's not always ideal. Especially with long hours of being on my feet, my feet will begin to hurt and I will need some days to sit and relax for working rather than standing.
