The bag itself is smaller than a standard sized backpack so it may not work as a school bag for all schools. I do love all the organization that this bag has to offer, though. You have the main bag and then a small pencil case sized pouch in the front. Then, there are also 2 side pouches that are perfect for holding cups and such.
On top of being unbelievably cute, this backpack is also very well made. The zippers open and close with ease without jamming. The straps are lightly padded. Also, there are cute little butterfly charms hanging from each of the zippers of my bag.
I got this for my 3 year old son to use to tote around all his little action figure toys and it worked out perfectly for that. It's perfect for his size and for his needs. Very pleased with it and highly recommended! Well worth the $11 price tag!!
