I was too excited to try these out and wow! Are they sure these aren't for the kids because they taste delicious! I tried both their Rigoni Di Asiago Nocciolata Organic Hazelnut Spread, Cocoa and Milk and their Rigoni Spread Hazelnut and Cocoa Dairy free Organic. Hazelnutty, velvety, and just right sweetness with a perfect texture makes a delicious product I can allow myself to splurge on! That is for both flavors I am referring to, too! Dare I even say it's better than Nutella? Yes, I dare, because it is! It tastes just like it but without the palm oil, which we know is decimating rainforests and driving orangutans and other species toward extinction.
Thick, creamy, chocolatey deliciousness - it's perfect alone or as a topping. I enjoyed mine with some ice cream, on toast, on top of cookies. You name it and basically, it makes it taste great! I even added some to my own protein shake to give it an even better flavor! Your options of use are pretty much endless. It's a tiny bit thicker than Nutella, but creamy and good. You can taste the hazelnut and chocolate in every spoonful. It's organic and non-GMO. The only issue is that it does costs more, but most organic food typically does and it's worth every penny it to feel good about what you are putting into your body. So regardless, Nutella just got ditched and Rigoni di Asiago is my new brand! Highly recommended!!
