One thing about bath mats is that I find they`re generally too short. They cover a very small portion of the shower/tub. I prefer something that covers the whole thing, because really, who stays in a single spot in the shower? Maybe I`m the only one who moves around as I bathe, but regardless, I was thrilled to get this extra long shower mat. The mat is a good size; 16`` x 40`` to be exact. It pretty much covers most of my tub so I don`t have to worry about stepping off and slipping. One thing about this mat, compared to others, is that it actually sticks to the tub without much effort. Some mats don`t stick at all. This one works great though and doesn`t start floating up during a bath. The suction cups are very strong and do not slip around at all. Plus I like the overall appearance of the mat as well. Not to mention it`s easy to clean when it`s needed. Needless to say, I`m very pleased with the mat and would certainly recommend it to anyone in the market for a good mat that covers the majority of their tub.
