Using this Portable Blu-Ray DVD Player is super easy. Just plug it in, insert the disk, and enjoy! Of course, if it is fully charged you can use it without plugging it in. For me, I plugged it in to charge as soon as it arrived and once it was fully charged is when we gave it a try. The charge is good for about 4 hours, maybe a little more, without charging. It even comes with a car charger and a wall charger so you can charge at home or on the go as needed.
Another cool feature about the DVD player, compared to others, is the built-in handle. Others you have to carry as it is. With the handle that is attached, it makes carrying and transporting it a lot more convenient.
Unlike other portable players that only allow for DVD playback, this one has a variety of movie playing options. You can do a direct play via USB and SD card or you can enjoy your digital movies & MP3 files directly from a USB flash drive or SD card. The specs of the playback options are as follow:

- Video File Formats: MOV, AVI, MPEG, XVID, RMVB (resolution should be under 1024*600)

When trying it out I found that the DVD player played back a nice clear picture and put out a nice sound quality. The movie did not skip, get a "fuzzy" picture, or static in the sound. Controlling the volume and such is easy with the included remote, but there are also buttons and output options on the player itself. Buttons include: OPEN, VOL-, VOL+, PLAY/PAUSE, MODE, SETUP, REV, STOP, MEDIA, MUTE, PREV, FWD, OK, NEXT.
Additionally, the output jack options include: POWER JACK, LAN(Not support), HDMI OUT, USB, MICRD CARD, AV IN EARPHONE, POWER ON/OFF
Personally, I love the fact my kids can enjoy listening to this with headphones on as to not disrupt anyone else!
Needless to say, I am very pleased with this unit. There are a ton of features to this DVD player that I have not seen with others. The bottom line is that it is sturdy, well built, works as described with a great sound and picture. It's also versatile in its use. This is definitely worth the investment in my opinion and highly recommended!
