With all that said, I just got in my Keto by Design to try out and definitely look forward to seeing some results. While only time will tell just how well the product itself works, I can tell you about my initial experience.
First off, these are for helping along with weight loss, which is in my health goals for this year so I was definitely excited about trying these. The bottle arrived totally sealed and unopened. You have a plastic wrap seal around the top then another paper-like seal once you unscrew the cap for added protection. Plus the cotton stuffed in. Like I said, super protected. Once I unpackaged it, I checked out the directions to start on my path to weight loss.
According to the directions, the suggested use it says to take two capsules with 8 ounces of water. Each capsule contains 800mg's of a proprietary blend designed to accelerate ketosis, increase energy, and aid in weight loss. So for a couple days, I have been taking just two per day, as the directions don't specify if it should be taken once or twice per day. While I cannot comment, yet, on any weight loss, I can tell you taking the pills are easy to take and I have been feeling like I have had a more natural energy since taking these.
