Y'all, my son has been seeing these things on TV and we finally got some for him!
#Boneless is a line of electric-powered, mini skateboards with poseable skaters and stunt playsets. Kids can use the figures and the skateboards to do stunts. The skateboards come with a power charger that quick-charges the board in seconds. Kids can twist and bend the #Boneless skaters and pose them in different positions until they find the optimal position for each trick they attempt.

CrayPlay SuperStreet Skate Park
OUR THOUGHTS: We found that these skaters were well made and well designed. Each has its own unique style. When first trying to play with the skaters, it was tricky. For many tricks, skaters must crouch down. You need to keep their center of gravity low. Figuring out the right balance for this was certainly a challenge, but it didn't deter any of the fun my kids had playing with these.
This #Boneless Crayplay set lets skaters ride, slide, grind, spin and flip their way through the park. Skate around, slam into the fence, and ricochet off. Rip over the All-Way Ramp, or onto the Warp Rider Vert Ramp, and go for a 360 flip! Get ready for some seriously EPIC FAILS, but keep trying ‘til you #StickTheTrick! Includes: 1 All-Way Ramp, 1 Vert Dome Ramp, 12 Adjustable Fences, 13 Suction Cups, 1 Deco Sticker Sheet, and Instruction Sheet. Boneless Skater, skateboard, and the charger is not included.
OUR THOUGHTS: This goes perfectly with the Mega Ramp set! This was so easy to assemble and has adjustable fencing! You can customize your park with graffiti stickers. The tricks the skaters can achieve vary, depending on their angle and where they go over the ramp. We found being able to achieve various tricks to be challenging, but that goes along with how you pose the skater. This playset itself is of nice quality and seems well made. It does not include a skater, so that will need to be purchased separately.
This Big Air Mega Ramp Crayplay set is the ultimate vert ramp for #Boneless skaters to catch BIG AIR and hit MONSTER JUMPS. Just pose your skateboarder, charge the board, and skate down the ramp. Get ready for some seriously EPIC FAILS, but keep trying ‘til you #StickTheTrick! Includes: 1 Drop-In Tower, 1 three-foot-long ramp, 1 Quarter Pipe Ramp (with adjustable ramp heights), 1 Trick Bar, 1 Deco Sticker Sheet, and Instruction Sheet. OUR THOUGHTS: The Mega Ramp goes perfectly with the Skate Park set! It features a 3-foot-long quarter pipe ramp with drop-in platform for maximum drop-in speed. It has 3 adjustable ramp settings – for flips, long jumps, or short jumps. We like that you can customize your ramp with graffiti stickers. My kids liked seeing who can jump the furthest, the highest, or do the best flip!
One thing we did find a bit challenging was figuring out how to enjoy the ramp without the skater just falling down. One thing we discovered is to charge the skater for 15 seconds, or it may not have enough juice to stick the trick. It's okay to experiment with the two lower settings on the ramp first. These are the jump settings. Take off the stunt bar and keep the directional switch up (forward only). Once you get the hang of jumping, you can see if you can jump over books, sneakers, and other obstacles. My son had a blast doing this all over the house! After you master a flip without the bar, you can experiment by putting the bar on the 3 different settings to see how your skater reacts. But you actually don’t need the stunt bar. Sometimes it can cause a skater to crash and not flip. One pose that works is the “optimal skater pose” in the #Boneless Skater instructions. However, with the arms out, skaters can get caught at the end of the ramp. Try one arm straight out in front and the other straight out in back – or both arms up in the air.
This set does not include a skater, so that will need to be purchased separately.
#Boneless super-charged mini-boards do some insane stunts! They come with a power charger that quick-charges the board in just seconds. But what makes #Boneless skaters so unique is that they twist and bend, like they’re actually boneless. Includes: Boneless skater, skateboard, charging base, collectible deck, and instructions. Requires 3 AA batteries (not included).
For charging the skaters, make sure to charge on a flat surface (not in your hand). You want to push down on the center of the board (between the skater’s legs). That’s where the contacts are. Once you hear the board charging, keep pressing 15 seconds. While most charge in 15 seconds, some may require a little longer. When lifting the skater off the charger, hold the back wheels. (Spinning wheels use up the charge). When you're ready to use the skater, make sure the deck is pushed forward before placing the skater down on a smooth surface. When skaters fall, just pick them up and put them upright again.
As I stated in the beginning, my son has been wanting some of these sets since he first saw them on the television. He is 8 years of age and absolutely loves playing with action figures and such so this was a great set for him! With the help of his 14 year old sister, these playsets were set up and ready to go in just a matter of minutes and they kept my son entertained for hours. One thing to note is that batteries are NOT included with these sets so be sure to pick some up if you choose to go ahead and get these! Overall, these were a blast and highly recommended for any kids who enjoy action figures, are into skateboarding, or both!
