This is the final installment of our 3-part review of this dog food. For those who haven`t been reading the posts, we agreed, with Chewy, to try out the Nutro Wild Frontier Woodland Trail Recipe Grain-Free Dry Dog Food for Scooby for 1 month to see how it goes for her and our family. We`ve been using it roughly 30 days now, give or take, and it has been a HUGE success for our picky dog. It was a pleasant journey from the beginning where she immediately took the food. Still, today, she is enjoying the food. Of course, we also learned one of our younger kittens loves the food too - oops! I guess that explains why it seems to be disappearing a lot quicker! So we`re trying to redirect her from eating the food since, as most people know, this isn`t exactly very healthy for dogs and cats to eat each others food. So I guess it must be some good stuff for the cats to be interested in it now, too! Aside from being obviously a tasty food to Scooby, she seems to be healthier as far as her stools go and her coat seems to be softer. Maybe a hint of "shine" to it as well. While this may not be the top rated food on the market to others, this one scored BIG in our house and was quite successful. So far, this will be the new food we stick with for our pup and can certainly recommend it!
