This fan could not have come at a better time. The day it arrived our air condition started acting up and we couldn`t get someone out here until the next day. It`s supposed to be the winter, but here in the South we`re back at 80 degrees ago. So the air condition is pretty much used all year round. We set this fan up along with our Ozeri 360 Oscillation Tower Fan, with Micro-Blade Noise Reduction Technology in the bedroom and wow - were they a life saver! I love that this fan takes up minimal room. It`s a tower fan, but it`s thin and easy to place. It also has the option to rotate or stay in place. Of course, the best feature is the various modes and speed options that best suit your needs from the fan. It has 3 whisper-quiet speed settings and 90 degree wide angle oscillation to really blow the air all around. Even on the lowest speed it is pretty powerful but my favorite speed is the highest level. There are also 3 different mode settings to give you 3 different breeze patterns (Sleep, Nature, and Normal) foster sleep, relaxation and comfort.What really stood out to me with this fan, though, was the remote. Most tower fans come with a remote, but we always lose them because there`s really no where to keep it. This fan has a top that opens, by pressing down on it, and that`s where you can store the fan remote when it`s not needed. Also, inside that same space, is how you can control the fan without the remote. As far as how well it works - well, this thing definitely works great. Now, it can`t cool down a whole house, but it certainly made a difference in our master bedroom. Plus, using the two fans combines, having them rotating in opposite directions, well, I almost didn`t need my air conditioning fixed! The fan has a 12 hour timer that you can set in 1 hour increments. This would be great if you were using it in a bedroom or other room where you wanted to control how long the fan runs for. I especially like that the fan shows the temperature in the room, too. This was something that was super useful in determining when our air conditioner was fixed. The temperature was decreasing from 80 degrees to roughly 65, the temperature we had our house set at. Overall, this fan is amazing. I love the design layout. It was easy to assemble (just the tower and base). Plus, it`s pretty sturdy. Most importantly, though, it works great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a new fan!
