So if you watched my video you know that I am not new to incense. Also, I have heard of the 7 Chakras, however, I am not familiar enough to discuss them (or honestly pronounce them correctly). So after unpackaging my incense, trying some out, I wanted to read up a bit about what's the deal with Chakras exactly? During my research, I discovered that Chakra translates to “wheel”. The 7 chakras in the body are distinct energy centers that start at the top of your head and end at the bottom of your spine. They regulate all parts of your bodily system, influencing everything from emotional processing to resistance to disease. Typically, 7 chakras meditation techniques focus on making the chakras open and keeping them in alignment. If they become blocked or out of sync, this can negatively impact your physical and psychological health. To get a better sense of how this works, picture a physical machine. If cogs get stuck, pipes become detached or parts of the machine leak, it no longer does its job properly. Plus, these basic faults inevitably lead to further failures. Then, the device deteriorates further. The network of chakras works in a broadly similar way. Once you can tune into the location of your 7 chakras, you become adept at opening chakras and develop intuitions about blockages. Consequently, you can detect and solve problems as they arise and before they have serious consequences. In addition, you can locate old wounds and do the work needed to address them. In sum, through proper knowledge of chakras, healing can occur. So having a slight bit of knowledge as to what the basics of Chakras is, it really just helped me enjoy my experience a bit more.

 

As far as the incense itself goes, I found that they are very nice quality. They are the standard sized incense sticks but have a bit more fragrance to them than others I have used before. I mean the moment I opened the bag of each packaging for each Chakra fragrance, I could really smell the aroma. Altogether, you can expect to find earthy/floral/sweet scent type fragrances. Each had its own fragrance, but what I really enjoyed, as a Chakra newbie, is that each incense package had a brief introduction to each Chakra and what it means and represents.

 

Another thing I noticed when using the incense is the nice long burn time. It's not super long, but it didn't burn out quick as some incense products I have used in the past either. Ultimately, this was a wonderful, eye-opening experience for me. The product is amazing, but learning something new about a topic I am into was even more fulfilling that I could have honestly expected. I look forward to doing some more research and learning more about the 7 Chakras thanks to this product!
