I love solar lights! Not just for Christmas to save on electricity, but all year to use outdoors in the garden and such. This time around, I decided to update my patio lighting in my backyard with some solar lights using the Warm White Solar Christmas Light String from Outdoor Solar Store!

I absolutely LOVE my solar light! Before I get into my review, take a quick look at my unboxing/first look at the lights video I made here:

 

 

These solar string lights I received are available in 50, 100, and 200 count strands and come with a 6 ½’ lead line for your solar panel. They require one AA rechargeable battery (included) and can stay illuminated for up to 8 hours on a full charge. You can set the lights to automatically turn on at dusk and you can choose between a steady or blinking mode. They’re perfect for lighting your house when you don’t have electricity or an outlet nearby! I was able to easily apply these to some posts on my make-shift backyard patio and once the sun went down, the lights came on. I was surprised that they actually stayed on the whole 8 hours as they claimed without really dimming out after a little bit as I have experienced with other brands. Additionally, we have been getting a lot of rainy weather and the lights still work without flaw after being out on the weather. 

 

While I didn't need them, I also liked the fact that these lights came with a spike and a clip to give you additional placement options. You can spike the solar panel into the ground or clip it elsewhere if need be. For my set up, I didn't need either, but the option is nice to have. 

 

The lights are also a nice quality. They feel of nice quality as well as having a quality appearance to them in person. I can honestly say I am rather impressed and pleased with these lights. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for some nice solar lights!
