I got these specifically for the cats - even though it says dog too, the dog already got her wet food treats and freeze dried treats are my cats favorite sort of treat. It may even beat their wet food or be a very close running with it! You get the point. So when we had the chance to try the Weruva Paw Lickin` Chicken Freeze-Dried Dog & Cat Treats it was a must! Not to my surprise, these we a hit with all 11 of my cats. Obviously, that is an absolute must. As a pet parent, I love the fact that these are a healthy sort of treat for the fur babies. There`s only one ingredient and that`s the freeze dried chicken. Nothing else. On the other hand, freeze dried food of any sort tends to be more on the expensive side. So while my cats love it, it`s not a frequent treat in our house because of how many cats there are. When they do get it, though, they go absolutely nuts. Maybe I should put some with the cat nip next time? If I do, I`ll have to film that reaction for y`all. My only complaint about this product is the packaging. It does stay air tight sealed, so freshness isn`t an issue. However, opening it can be quite difficult; especially when you`re used to twist style caps. This brand uses a cardboard tube that reminds of those tubes that posters or wall decals are shipped in - just a much smaller sized one. Of course, it`s not a huge deal. In fact, it`s the only thing I can think of that I would even change about this product. Otherwise, this is definitely a winner and highly recommended!
