Here's What You Need:
+ 1/4 Cup Organic Coconut Flour
+ 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
+ 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
+ 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup Organic Non-GE
+ 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
+ 1 Tsp. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
+ 1 Tbsp. Organic Coconut Sugar
+ Tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
How To Make It:
To make this muffin, all you have to do is...
Mix together the flour, baking powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and milk.
In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon.
Add the cinnamon mix to the top of the flour mix.
Microwave for one minute -- eat up!
