Introducing Keto Friendly Cloud Bread. This light, moist, and fluffy bread substitute is perfectly easy to make. Plus, it is low carb so you can still enjoy without messing up your keto diet progress.
This "bread" is made from a short list of ingredients. It's mainly eggs so you're getting a decent amount of protein, and then only 3 other ingredients. We told you, it's simple.
Here's how to make Keto Friendly Cloud Bread:
You'll want to gather your ingredients. For this recipe you will need the following:
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- 2 large bowls
First, separate the egg whites from the yolks in a bowl. Beat the egg whites with a mixer for 2 minutes.
Note: Keep the yolks in another bowl, you'll need them in a few steps.
Throw in the Cream of Tartar with the egg whites, beat another minute. Peaks will form. That's a good thing.
Next, add the cream cheese and salt into the yolks bowl. Mix.
Pour the yolk mix into the egg white mix. Combine.
Scoop into decent sizes onto parchment paper, spacing evenly as you go.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes. (Keep an eye on them so nothing burns!)
Let cool. Eat up!
