I love jewelry and I love candles. What's a better combination than jewelry AND candles?! Talk about getting the best of both worlds. Well, that's what Diamond Candles has to offer! (They also have wax melts and bath bombs if you prefer those options).

 

Diamond Candles was inspired from a love story that blossomed in 1980. David, our co-founder, had just bought an engagement ring with the intention of proposing to Brenda. Without anything to put the ring in, he bought a candle knowing how much she loved them. With the ring in one hand and the candle in the other, the idea for Diamond Candles was born. Oh, and in case you were wondering, she said “Yes!” Inspired by David and Brenda’s story, Diamond Candles is dedicated to creating products that transform something ordinary into an experience that creates memorable moments. I was sent two amazing candles to try out for myself and I must say, I am in love! I was sent the Candle Dope Eucalyptus Hemp Candle (A $28 Value) and the Diamond Candles Sage & Sea Salt Signature with RINGREVEAL (a $24.99 Value). Both have a unique fragrance and smell absolutely AMAZING!

 

The Eucalyptus Hemp Candle is a sparkling blend of cool peppermint and fiery cinnamon with notes of crisp apple and creamy nutmeg mixed into a natural soy wax. It also features 100mgs of all-natural CBD, natural hemp oil & essential oils. It is dye-free and uses all-natural fragrances. There is no ring inside this candle. This one is just a beautiful fragrance for your enjoyment. 

 

The Sage & Sea Salt Signature with RINGREVEAL is an elegant musk and soft floral top notes boosted by citrus middle notes with sensual woody amber bottom notes. With this candle, you can expect to find a ring reveal. For those who are not familiar with Diamond Candles, each Original Ring Candle comes an exciting surprise—a ring! In every Ring Candle, you will discover a RINGREVEAL™ slip that tells you if you’ve won a ring worth $100, $1000, or $5000! The ring I received inside my candle is absolutely gorgeous. I wear a size 6, but mine came as a size 7. Luckily it does fit one of my fingers, just not my preferred one. Regardless, I can still wear it. I was actually surprised to see it was worth only $10. Its appearance in person honestly makes it look a lot more valuable! So that, to me, shows just how pretty the rings are and the quality of the jewelry. Especially since I have sensitive skin and I am still able to wear the ring without any issues!

 

Both candles featured 3 wicks. I find 3-wick candles honestly give the most fragrance and helps melt more of the wax evenly compared to candles of the same size with one 1 wick. I found with each candle the fragrance filled the room. While both candles smell amazing and I prefer the candles with jewelry (since I'm a jewelry fanatic), I was surprised that out of the 2 fragrances I was sent, I found the Eucalyptus Hemp candle to be my favorite fragrance! I'm usually not a fan of the Eucalyptus scent unless I'm having trouble breathing due to a stuffy nose, however, this had a more relaxing sort of scent that I found very pleasant and enjoyable! It was a bit of a stronger scent compared to the Sage & Sea Salt candle, which I like since I have both pets and children in my home. So anything that smells good and fills the room with a fragrance is a winner to me!

 

Needless to say, I had a very enjoyable experience. With the candles burning from early in the morning to later in the evening (roughly 8am-9pm give or take) the candle lasted about 3 days. Of course, if you have a wax melt you can always reuse the wax to stretch out the use a bit longer as well. I am very happy with the candle quality, the ring quality, and overall experience with Diamond Candles. I will definitely be back to place an order soon!
